How it works
- Call Francois first. Phone 044 023 0016 or WhatsApp 082 313 4560. Don't download anything until we've spoken.
- Download and run the file above. Choose Windows or Mac depending on your computer. The file is signed and safe.
- Share your ID and password. The support client will show a 9-digit ID and a 4-character password. Read these out to Francois over the phone.
- Wait while we work. You'll see exactly what we're doing on your screen — you can stop the session at any time by closing the support client.
- Close when done. Once we're finished, simply close the support client. We can't reconnect without you running it again.
Common questions
Is this safe?
Yes — when used correctly. The support client uses TeamViewer, the industry-standard remote support platform used by major IT companies worldwide. We can only connect when you run the file and give us the unique session ID. We cannot connect to your computer without those credentials, and the session ends the moment you close the client.
What can you see and do?
Whatever is on your screen. We can move your mouse, type, install software, and transfer files. You see everything we do in real time, and you can take back control or end the session at any moment.
How much does remote support cost?
Remote support is billed at our standard hourly rate, in 15-minute increments. Many quick fixes take 5–15 minutes. For complex issues, we'll give you an estimate before starting.
What about my files and privacy?
Our technicians only work on what you've asked us to help with. We don't browse your files, photos, or email beyond what's necessary to solve the problem. After the session, we have no further access to your computer.
