What areas do you service?

We service Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, and the wider Garden Route. We're based in Plettenberg Bay and offer onsite call-outs across the region.

Are you a Mac specialist or PC specialist?

Both. We sell, repair, and support Apple Macs and MacBooks, as well as Windows PCs and laptops. We work across all major brands — Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Samsung, Alienware, and more.

How do I request a quote?

Three ways: 1) Use the contact form on our site, 2) WhatsApp us on 082 313 4560, or 3) call us on 044 023 0016. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.

What are your business hours?

Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. We don't answer queries on weekends or public holidays, but feel free to leave a message and we'll get back to you on the next business day.

How quickly do you respond to calls or messages?

During business hours, we typically respond within an hour. If we can't take your call, leave a voice note or WhatsApp message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer onsite repairs, or do I bring my device to you?

Both. For straightforward jobs we offer a personal pickup and drop-off service. For network installations, business setups, and onsite troubleshooting, we come to you. Bring-it-in repairs are also welcome at our office at 61 Robberg Road.

Do you fit fibre / are you an ISP?

Yes — through our Vektro Networks division. We offer fibre internet, 5G, LTE, and Wi-Fi network installations across the Garden Route. Visit vektronetworks.co.za for fibre packages and quotes.

Do you offer Wi-Fi network setup for homes and businesses?

Yes. We're certified Ubiquiti and Mikrotik specialists. We design, install, and configure Wi-Fi networks for homes, offices, guest houses, and businesses — including managed Wi-Fi and mesh systems.

What about Microsoft 365 and email?

We set up and migrate Microsoft 365, manage licenses, and configure business email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. We also offer custom email hosting if you prefer something simpler.

Do you do ongoing IT support, or just one-off jobs?

Both. Many of our clients are small businesses on ongoing IT support — with us as their go-to IT partner. We also handle one-off jobs, repairs, and quick fixes. No contract required for once-off work.

What about data recovery or my computer that won't turn on?

Bring it in. We diagnose first, give you a quote, and only proceed once you've approved the work. Data recovery success depends on the cause — we'll be honest about what's recoverable and what isn't.

Do you sell new computers and equipment?

Yes. We supply Apple, PC, laptops, peripherals, networking equipment, and accessories from major brands. Get in touch with what you're after and we'll source it.
